Joint research undertaken by Zhang from The University of Western Australia and Zhejiang University in China, found that eating mushrooms and drinking green tea may protect against breast cancer. Mushrooms, mushroom extracts and green tea had shown anti-carcinogenic properties which were thought to stimulate immune responsiveness against breast cancer.
